There’s an old expression that says, “never put off until tomorrow what you can do today.” How many work-outs, jogs, or healthy meals have you planned for “tomorrow” only to have it be pushed back to a later and later tomorrow? 

One of the main reasons people procrastinate when it comes to getting healthy or in shape is because of the size of the goals we set for ourselves. When the goal or expectation is too big, it is easy to get discouraged and sidelined before the progress even starts. Why not start with one meeting a week for six weeks this fall, joining one of our qualified and passionate trainers to help you take control of your health and fitness?

Our coaches here at FiTT do what they do because they know that your health and fitness play a huge role in your kingdom effectiveness. Their mission is to help you achieve your physical goals so that you can be ready, in season and out, for the work you are called to.
