On July 1st we celebrate 35 years since our first Talent Trust (although most people knew us as TTc back then) policy. We’ve come a long way from arranging 30 policies through our insurance partner then, to insuring thousands today with our own insurance company. Thank you for being part of our story.
Through this year we have started introducing innovative services that many of you have already gained access to, including:
- The You Pay Nothing Card
- New Counseling Care Benefits
- The Online Claims portal which will be rolling out to all members over the next month
Healthcare Stewardship
A key tenet of Talent Trust is good stewardship of the resources we have been given. Through this next year, we will be running a campaign to help you better understand how your actions can keep future premiums down.
Claims Update
A couple of months ago our claims reimbursement timeline pushed out to about a month. This was well outside of our targets, and I apologize to those who were affected by delays in the their reimbursements.
I am happy to report that with good additions to our team and improvements to our process, the claims timeline has more than halved, and reimbursements are happening quickly. Over the next few months, we will continue to grow our claims team, and our long-term aim is to provide a world-leading turnaround of claims.
