How It Works
Note: This is for members with policy IDs that begin with 1xxx.
If your policy starts with Pxxx, you can begin using the TT YouPayNothing card when you renew your policy after 1 June 2025.
Eligible policyholders will receive an email with their unique card info shortly after joining.
1. Get Pre-approved
Fill out a Pre-authorization form and send it to your dedicated agent, or [email protected].
We’ll review your request within five working days. Once approved, we will load the approved amount directly onto your digital TT YouPayNothing card.
2. Visit the Medical Facility
Get the treatment and let the clinic or hospital know, “I’m paying by card”.
The medical facility will process your treatment as a self-payment. This can save time and costs, as the billing will usually be lower than what they charge insurance companies for setting up a Guarantee of Payment.
3. Pay Using Your TT YouPayNothing Card
Simply open your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on your mobile device and select your TT YouPayNothing card.
Then just wave or tap your mobile device on the Mastercard terminal. The facility processes the payment like any other Mastercard transaction.
Copy your receipts and send them to our team so we can update our records.
