Mental health issues and relationship conflicts are key drivers of people in ministry leaving the field early.

Talking to a counselor can help.

TT Counseling Care means you can speak to a counselor who is right for you, with the freedom to choose any appropriately qualified counselor to help you.

TT Counseling Care includes Christian Counselors as standard on your international health insurance.

You have the freedom to work through issues with a counselor either face-to-face or virtually at a much-reduced price.

How it works

1. Choose any counselor

Choose your counselor and send us your Pre-authorization Form
(please give us at least 5 working days before your appointment).

2. What we cover

We cover 50% of the cost of your sessions (up to $50 per session up to a maximum of 5 sessions).

3. Claim your bill

If your counselor accepts a credit card, we can arrange direct payment to your counselor. You can also pay and then claim it back.
Be sure to send us your receipts and use our Medical Claim Form.

Who can access TT Counseling Care?

Members with Alpha, Omega, or Cornerstone insurance policy IDs starting with 1xxx, can access this benefit. If your policy ID starts with Pxxx, you can access this benefit once you renew your policy.

How much of the counseling cost do you cover?

We will pay 50%, up to $50 for a session- up to five sessions. If you want to go to more expensive counselors, that is fine; However, the maximum claimable is $50 per session.

What type of counseling can I get help with?

Counseling related to mental health and relationship issues.

How many sessions are covered by insurance?

We will pay 50% (up to $50) for up to 5 sessions.

Do I bill each session separately?

If you are paying and claiming, please save the bills and claim once you have completed your sessions with the counselor or you get to 5 sessions.

What paperwork is there?

Please use our Pre-authorization Form (provided at least 5 working days before your appointment) so we can pay for you.
If you are paying and claiming, please submit claims using our Medical Claim Form.
