Excess Level:
Omega has a choice of 4 excess levels. Your excess is the amount that you are liable for before the insurance policy will reimburse your claim. A new excess is applied for each condition. Within each level there are two numbers, in your documentation this is referred to as "US$500 / US$200". The first number (US$500) indicates the excess that will be applied per condition where treatment is sought within the United States, and the second number (US$200) indicates the excess that will be applied when treatment is undertaken outside of the United States. The 4 Omega excess levels are:

Pregnancy coverage is only available for Levels 1 and 2.
Levels 3 and 4 do not include pregnancy cover.
