Claims Procedure
In order to ensure that your claims are processed as fast and efficiently as possible, the insurer’s procedures on the following pages should be adhered to as closely as possible. Please note that our members' claims are generally reimbursed within 15 working days. Although, from experience, we have found that most delays are primarily due to doctors or hospitals not responding with the required information in a timely fashion. Therefore, if you should, at anytime, suspect there has been a breakdown in communications, please contact us, so we may follow-up on your behalf. Please use this email address,
as it also relays a copy direct to the claims handlers. Also, please be aware that a policy excess and/or co-pay may apply depending upon which of the programs you enrolled into and in which country treatment is being sought.
