Claims Procedure

When submitting pre-paid claims by email for reimbusement, please adhere to the following to avoid delay in processing:

1. Claims and queries should be sent to: claims@talent-trust.com

2. State the payment instructions clearly in the claim form with details to whom to pay, currency, and mode of payment (full bank account details are essential for bank transfers).

3. Each claim should contain all pertaining documents attached to them (e.g., prescriptions, medical reports, receipts with breakdown of services, invoices or other proof of payment).

4. Attachments must be in PDF/JPG or JPEG file format. Please scan documents in 150 DPI (Dot/Inch) resolutions and compress for 'medium quality' in order to reduce file size.

5. Please send single claim per e-mail. A separate claim form and all supporting documents (as a set) must be submitted for each Medical Condition and/or Person claimed. Please Do Not Send one claim in part over different emails.

6. The maximum size for a single email with attachments should not be larger than 8 MB.

If you have any problems with submitting your claim by email please contact us at and our IT team will be happy to assist you with submitting your claim.
 

Note: Claims are generally reimbursed within 15 working days. However, problems may arise as a result of the following:

• Doctors or hospitals not responding with the required information to assess a claim in a timely manner. How can I help?

• Claims information not being sent to the right Aetna office. How can I help?
